ANNOUNCEMENT OF

EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

 

 

The Board of Directors of The Company hereby announces to the shareholders of The Company that Company will convene the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (“The Meeting”) on Friday, January 26, 2024.

Those who entitled to attend the Meeting are the shareholders whose names are registered in the register of the company’s shareholders and/or owners of the Company’s shares in the Securities sub-account of PT Kustodian Efek Indonesia (“KSEI”)  at the closing of the trading of the company’s shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) on January 3, 2024

In accordance with the Article of Association and Financial Services Authority Regulation No.15/POJK.04/2020 (“POJK No.15/2020”), the announcement of the Meeting shall be announced on BEI website www.idx.co.id, KSEI website www.ksei.co.id through eASY.KSEI platform which can be accessed on https://akses.ksei.co.id and also Company website https://paf.co.id on January 4, 2024

The shareholders could propose meeting agenda that complies with the provisions of article 16 POJK No. 15/2020. The proposal of meeting agenda must be submitted in writing to the Bpard of Directors no later than 7 (seven) days before the Summon of the Meeting at December 28, 2023 including the reasons and materials for the proposed Meeting agenda items as referred are in accordance with applicable laws and regulations

As a prevention and controlling the Covid-19 Virus in accordance with government direction and the provisions of article 8 paragraph 3 POJK No. 16/POJK.04/2020 concerning the Implementation of Electronic General Meetings of Public Company Shareholders, the Company will limit the number of shareholders’ physically meeting attendance. The Company will implement an electronic or e-proxy authorization mechanism which can be accessed through the eASY.KSEI application provided by KSEI. Further explanation regarding the electronic granting of power of attorney will be provided in the Summon of the Meeting.
