ANNOUNCEMENT
TO ALL SHAREHOLDERS
PT Pool Advista Finance Tbk
(“Company”)

 

 

The Board of Directors of PT Pool Advista Finance Tbk. (“Company”) hereby announce to the Shareholders of the Company that the Company will hold an annual General Meeting of Shareholders (“The Meeting”) on Friday, June 20, 2025

 

In accordance in provisions of The Company’s Article of Association, OJK Regulation 15/POJK.04/2020 regarding the Proposal and Implementation of General Meeting of Shareholders of Public Companies  (“POJK No.15/2020”) and OJK Regulation No 16/POJK.04/2020 regarding the Implementation General Meeting of Shareholders  of Public Companies Electronically (“POJK No.16/2020”), the following matters are submitted:

1. The Invitation of the Meeting will be made through the website of PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (“KSEI”), the website of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (“IDX”), and the website of the Company on Wednesday, May 28, 2025
2. Shareholders entitled to attend and vote at the Meeting whose name are registered in the Company’s List of Shareholders or in the securities account at KSEI on Tuesday, May 27, 2025, at the closing of trading of Company’s shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
3. Each Shareholders proposal will be included in the agenda of the Meetings it meets the requirement as contained in the provisions of Article 16 POJK No.15/2020 at the latest on Wednesday, May 21, 2025.
